What Designing Tomorrow did for their customers in 2012...

2012 was an action packed year for Designing Tomorrow Ltd. Working mostly in conjunction with "CRM SOS" Ltd, a broad variety of projects were delivered very successfully. This article will not name customers, due to confidentiality agreements with CRM SOS and end customers. End customers were in diverse sectors including:-
  • Property Management
  • Footwear Production and Distribution
  • Large scale Shop-fitting
  • University / Education Projects
  • Other ERP and Supply
Projects were primarily:-
  • Automated data-feeds between other systems and Salesforce.com
  • Sophisticated multi-order entry
  • Workflow automation
  • Sales Lead and Application Form Capture by Integration with Web-sites

Including only projects which went live in 2012, we estimate that our projects are saving (collectively) our 2012 customers, the following, annually:-
Record Entries - Automated 671320
Data Entry Cost Savings £176,494
Data Correction Savings £39,619
Savings come not only from avoided re-keying of data and more efficient entry forms but also from workflow automation and time saved processing avoidable data entry errors. In just the first year of system service, our customers will save several times their project cost. Furthermore, their more timely and reliable information enables them to provide a better service to their customers. This is how IT projects are supposed to be. On time and delivering real business value. We had very encouraging feedback from our 2012 customers, both for timely delivery and for met or exceeded expectations. Also, our implementations operated like clock-work all year and continue to do so. Designing Tomorrow Ltd filed modest but healthy accounts for 2011/12. 2012 was considered a 'warm-up' year and was a success. We are firmly open for business and looking forward to working with many more customers. Thank you for reading.
